Tom Anstett
I joined the SCWC club in March of 2009. I'm a carpenter by trade and have had my own contracting company for the last 15 years. I retired two and half years ago. I have been building furniture and other items out of my shop at home. A neighbor of mine would walk by and stop in to tell me about the carving club. After about two months of talking and showing me some carving magazines, I decided to check out the club. That week I joined and I have learned so much. From airbrushing, relief carving, to figures and faces. The members have been such a great help. I look forward in going to the club each week. As of February 1st 2010 I was elected President of the Space Coast Wood Carvers Club, I am looking forward in working with all the members in making the club the best in Florida. Below are a few of my carvings.
